Management Fee: 9% of the rental income payable monthly.

Tenancy Set Up Fee: £225.00

In-Going Inventory Fee: £125.00

Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement: £95

LGSC (Landlord Gas Safety Certificate): £95.00

Schedule Of Fees For Tenants:

Applicable rent per month

Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks of the rental payment per month
